Because each item is made with care and may be handmade or made to order, please review product descriptions, sizing, colors, and photos carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations may be requested within 15 minutes of placing an order. After that time, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review and help resolve the issue.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
